Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Management:
  • Support the Head of Strategy & Planning as required in preparing for the meetings that the Global Banking MENAP Regional Head is involved in.
    This will include assisting in
  • business administration duties/deliverables such as: headcount, budgeting, internal communications…etc..
  • Following up on any matters initiated by the RH CIC that need regular tracking / monitoring
  • Handling/managing ad-hoc projects/requests from Region& Group
  • Business Performance:
  • Support the Head of Strategy and Planning in
  • Tracking parameters around the adoption of the new Alignment & Accountability (A&A) framework: pipeline, account plans, call reports & score cards and communicating progress and gaps
  • Supplying feedback into central team managing 1WB/Workbench as and when required
  • Ensuring availability of timely and accurate financial reviews with business and country finance
  • Preparing analytics on data/information to help evaluate business performance
  • Governance:
  • Support the Head of Strategy in planning and liaising/coordinating with the Governance & Control stakeholders to ensure that the MENAP Global Banking business is in compliance with core Group policies and procedures by:
  • Participating in adhoc governance meetings as the delegated by Head S&P
  • Monitoring & analyze CDD performance reports , Audit & Peer Reviews, BORF Meeting Minutes
  • Be the gatekeeper and reviewing all governance matters coming to the RH CIC's office for approval or support
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all activity relating to the Regional office and the role including but not limited to - documentation, data, discussions and people movements / activity
  • People:
  • Liaise with the regional teams to track new hires
  • Liaise with L&D regionally and globally for training programs that need to be rolled out for MENAP CIC

  • Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor degree in Banking or Finance preferred.
    • Ideally experience in banking or other relevant environment within Middle East
    • Languages: English and Arabic Preferred
