Job Description

Swisslinx Middle East is looking for a Legal and Administration Assistant on behalf of our client, a regional company based in Dubai.

Supporting the Head of Legal, your responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking assignments as instructed by the Head of Legal
• General administration duties; preparation of management reports, legal advice documents and case summary for litigation etc.
• Assisting the company in procurements, leasing, corporate governance etc.
• Booking travel (tickets, hotels, etc) for the Head of Legal

The successful candidate will hold the following qualities:

• Bachelor Degree
• Experience providing assistance to a lawyer or head of legal
• Fluent English AND Arabic
• Based in the UAE
