Emirates Islamic launches Skywards Visa Signature credit card

Benefits include high earn rates on Skywards Miles, global concierge services and complimentary airport lounge access.

Emirates Islamic has partnered with global payments technology company, Visa, to launch the Emirates Islamic Skywards Visa Signature credit card. The card provides a full range of exclusive benefits to the cardholder, and is designed to support the evolving lifestyles of the affluent UAE population.


Emirates Islamic Skywards Visa Signature cardholders can get the highest Skywards Miles earn rates with up to 1.5 Skywards Miles for every US dollar spent on the card. These Skywards Miles can be redeemed for complimentary flights, upgrades, excess baggage payments on Emirates flights and Dubai Duty Free vouchers.


Apart from the high rewards, cardholders benefit from multilingual Concierge Services with a 24-hour personal assistant who can arrange dinner reservations, chauffeurs, taxis, tickets, gifts or anything required to enhance their lifestyle. Cardholders can also avail unlimited complimentary access to over 750 airport lounges worldwide.


Commenting on the launch of the new card, Wasim Saifi, Deputy CEO—Consumer Banking and Wealth Management at Emirates Islamic, said, “We are delighted to launch this new premium credit card in line with the evolving preferences of our affluent customer segment. Travel has become an integral part of life in the UAE, and Emirates Islamic’s Visa Signature card specifically caters to premium frequent travellers, who can benefit from the Emirates Airline Skywards programme.”


The Emirates Islamic Skywards Visa Signature credit card also provides complimentary multi-trip travel insurance up to USD 500,000, automatic purchase protection for all purchases made with the card, and the added benefit of almost doubling the manufacturer's or retailer's warranty. The card also offers free valet parking, discounts at golf clubs and up to four supplementary cards at no charge.
