Gary Dugan leaves Emirates NBD

Gary Dugan has stepped down from his post of Chief Investment Officer – Wealth Management for Emirates NBD.

He had been appointed to the role in January 2016. In November 2015 Dugan had resigned from National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) to rejoin Emirates NBD.

He had previously served for just over three years to July 2012 as GM and Chief Investment Officer of Private Banking for the Dubai-based bank.

A two-year stint in Singapore with Coutts as Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer, Asia & Middle East was followed by a return to the UAE and to the job at NBAD before his return to Emirates NBD in 2016.

Emirates NBD has confirmed Dugan’s resignation although no reason has been given.
