UNB rolls out robotic customer care service

Union National Bank has launched a new robotic service to meet and greet customers visiting its Customer Care Unit at the Head Office in Abu Dhabi.

The new robot called “UNB Robo” welcomes customers who visit the Customer Care Unit and interacts with them addressing their enquiries, concerns and feedback with a warm greeting and guides them to the waiting area to be attended by empathetic, well trained and professional Customer Care staff. The impact of this is a pleasant and delightful experience for the customer.
