Bank Dhofar and NBO to start merger talks

 

In separate filings to Muscat Securities Market (MSM), both banks said the merger will be subject to the final approval of the boards of directors, shareholders as well as stakeholders and regulators.

  

The Board of Directors of Bank Dhofar and the National Bank of Oman (NBO) have announced the commencement of discussions to study the possibility of a merger between the two institutions.
