Nigel is the Chief Executive Officer and one of the founding partners of CPI Financial. He has spent the last 22 years in international media, most recently working as Sales Director for ImageSource, an international picture agency and Business Development Director of Euromoney Institutional Investor in London. Nigel also worked for Maxwell Business Communications and Nexus Media. He graduated from Sheffield University in the UK with BA Honours in geography.

Adam joined CPI Financial in 2005 and has been integral to the development of products and services provided by the company over the last 5 years. In 2010 he was appointed to the role of Chief Operating Officer and is now responsible for the day to day management of the company operations, overseeing editorial, sales and product development for CPI Financial.

Before joining, Adam worked with a variety of UK based media houses producing magazines, books, events, websites and bespoke marketing solutions for companies in various industry sectors.

Robin Amlôt is Managing Editor of CPI Financial. He has worked as an award-winning financial journalist for more than 25 years in print, radio, television and online. He has worked in Southeast Asia and the United Kingdom and covered all aspects of business and finance in his career, including as Financial Editor of Independent Radio News, UK; Senior Business Producer, Sky News; as a national newspaper columnist; and author of Dawn Trader’s Guide to World Markets (Boxtree 1992). Robin was educated in England, has a B.A. (Politics) from Lancaster University and holds the Chartered Insurance Institute’s Financial Planning Certificate.

Mike Gallagher is News Editor for CPI Financial. He has worked as a freelance journalist and country risk analyst for over 20 years. He has spent a considerable amount of time working in emerging markets across the developing world, in the Middle East, the Balkans, South East Asia and Africa. He has reported from across the Middle East in places such as Iraq and Jerusalem, as well as Northern Ireland and the former Yugoslavia.

Isla MacFarlane graduated from Bath Spa University with a First Class Honours in English. She travelled the world as an English teacher before moving to London and working in travel. She left the travel industry to study journalism and worked on the local newspaper, the Argus, in Brighton before becoming a features writer for Private Equity & Hedge Funds Middle East. Isla has since been promoted and now works as an editor/feature writer and across all of CPI Financial’s magazines and our website.

Umang Hanj joined CPI Financial as a Finance Officer in July 2008. After completing his Diploma in Economics from the prestigious London School of Economics, he is pursuing professional accountancy qualification with the well renowned ACCA. His previous job experiences include Bank Officer at National Australian Group, Finance Assistant at the Westminster’s Children Society in the United Kingdom and Accounts Assistant at Emirates Airlines Group in United Arab Emirates.

Buenaventura R. Jaluag, Jr., is the Chief Designer of CPI Financial. He has been with the team for 5 years now. He had over 3 years experience in Advertising in the Philippines before joining CPI Financial. He uses his extra time in painting using different medium. He obtained his degree, Bachelor of Fine Arts major in Advertising Arts at the University of San Carlos (Talamban Campus) Cebu, Philippines.
