by Kudakwashe MuzoriwaThe National Bank of Iraq has completed upgrading its digital capabilities using the Backbase Digital-First Banking Platform, which offered the lender the ability to scale and adapt to the industry’s evolving needs.
Backbase also helped develop technical expertise for the bank’s teams on agile best practises, allowing them to better serve their customers and capitalise on the platform’s capabilities.
In a statement, Backbase said that agility was key to this project’s success, a key tenant of Backbase’s digital transformation method.
